Zack Ryder, WWE's own Long Island Iced-Z turns 31 today. Ryder has captured the WWE Tag Team, United States, and recently at WrestleMania 32, the prestigious Intercontinental Championship. Ryder reinvented himself after the break up of the Edgeheads through a series of YouTube videos and claiming to be the World Internet Champion.
