Goldberg is returning to
WWE. The surprising announcement that Goldberg will be the headlining star of
WWE 2K17 has many fans wondering if it means he’ll be returning to WWE for the
first time since his ill-fated match against Brock Lesnar at WrestleManiaXX more than 12 years ago.

WWE Pull John Cena Merchandise Amidst Legal Threats
WWE's Twitter account announced the release of a new John Cena shirt to coincide with his Memorial Day return. Though the shirt is red, white, and blue to coincide with the U.S. holiday, the logo itself is undoubtedly familiar to American beer enthusiasts.
WWE says they will no longer sell John Cena‘s new Pabst Blue Ribbon inspired shirt … even though they don’t believe they did anything wrong by making it.
It seems that WWE halted production of Cena’s new shirt in order to avoid any possible legal hassle, and the company has already put a redesigned-yet-similar shirt on sale at WWEShop.com

WWE's Enzo Amore returns after suffering concussion
Enzo Amore and Big Cass only just made the jump up from NXT a few months ago, but the tag team instantly became huge stars and Amore's charisma made him a fan favorite.
Amore was thrown into the ropes by The Vaudevillains' Simon Gotch and suffered a concussion which forced officials to end the match. Big Cass remained on WWE programming as a singles performer, but Amore returned to join his partner on Raw and drew some of the biggest cheers of the night from fans in the building.

WWE: Cody Rhodes leaves company after being released from contract
Cody Rhodes has left WWE after the company agreed to release him from his contract.
"WWE has come to terms on the release of Cody Rhodes as of today, May 22, 2016," said a statement on WWE.com. "WWE wishes Rhodes the best in all his future endeavors."
Rhodes, the son of the late WWE Hall of Famer Dusty Rhodes, debuted in 2007 and won the Intercontinental Championship twice during his near 10-year stint on WWE's main roster.

Rollins arrived just after Roman Reigns defeated AJ Styles to retain the WWE Championship. Rollins delivered a pedigree to the champ, picked up the title and hoisted it in the air.

The WWE is having a real life tension between Shane and Stephanie McMahon. According to the latest WWE rumors, Stephanie’s husband Triple H is very unhappy with Shane returning to the company even in just a television role. There is backstage heat between Shane and Stephanie & Triple H since the former returned last February. Shane-O-Mac was brought back after a seven-year absence to get involved in a match with The Undertaker at WrestleMania 32, which he lost.
