According to Punk, that exit nearly happened years earlier but he opted to remain with WWE, despite the brewing bad blood between him and the promotion about how much the WWE was paying him to perform.
Punk spoke out about his previous contract negotiations on Tuesday during an appearance on "The Herd" with Colin Cowherd, taking a direct swipe at the professional wrestling organization and how they treat their athletes.
"Back in I want to say, 2011, my contract was up and they were trying to

WWE star Paige's arrest - current flash

In continuation to our earlier blog, we bring an update to whether Paige was arrested or not. We also bought photos which lead to speculation that WWE stars Alberto Del Rio and Paige were involved in a hot argument which might have lead to the arrest of Paige outside of the Money in the Bank arena
Some wondered if the event was staged for for Total Divas or Swerved.

The current update is that that Paige was not arrested and the incident was definitely not staged.

Also, she is not in the hospital. WWE is still investigating the case though.

WWE star Paige arrested

We all know that WWE star Paige unsuccessfully challenged Charlotte for the Women’s Championship on Monday’s Raw episode. What we donot know is that she is rumored to have been involved in an incident, possibly involving her real-life boyfriend Alberto Del Rio, at Money in the Bank on Sunday night. It is yet to be confirmed whether it was a legit arrest or an angle possibly being filmed for “Total Divas” or the WWE Network show “Swerved”.

Paige and Alberto Del Rio have been together since earlier this year with pictures coming out about them while they were at Disney World just a month back. It was reported that the two were very happy together. However, there seems to be trouble in paradise as the two were seen fighting after the Money in the Bank PPV last night on the streets of Las Vegas. In some pictures Paige was seen handcuffed and being sent in an ambulance which is odd...If she was hurt why was she handcuffed and if she was aggressive why was she being sent in an ambulance.

Without a WWE comment, the internet will certainly speculate on the careers of both Alberto Del Rio and Paige. The sad part is that Del Rio and Paige had a lot to lose if things are going down as the internet speculates.

Randy Orton and other older stars in the upcomupcoming imng WWE Live events

Top three matches for Money in the Bank are matches that could have easily taken place at WWE’s biggest event, but their happening in the middle of the summer.

The main reason of that is is -  injured stars are making their triumphant returns. Seth Rollins and John Cena — two men that did not have official matches at WrestleMania due to injury — will be having their first televised matches since their return on Sunday night.

Randy Orton has been out with a shoulder injury since 2015, but is scheduled for upcoming WWE live events.Orton is being advertised for WWE events in August. Orton has been out of action since suffering a shoulder injury last October. Orton is the top star advertised for the upcoming WWE live event at the AT&T Center in San Antonio on Sunday, August 28th. The appearance of The Miz, Cesaro and Becky Lynch was also slated but again that looks in the grey because the show is scheduled to take place after the brand split in July.

Jerry "The King" Lawler arrested and taken into police custody

Jerry "The King" Lawler was arrested on the charges of Domestic violence in Memphis, Tennessee..

Lawler, 66, and McBride, 27, who have lived together for the last five years, got into an argument on Thursday after the WWE star returned to their Memphis, Tennessee home from an event ironically titled 'A Night In The Slammer'.

Both him and his girlfriend were both taken into custody on charges of domestic assault, with each claiming the other had assaulted them. The two told different stories to investigators, which is why both were arrested until facts could be cleared up. McBride said that Lawler was the aggressor, accusing Lawler of hitting her on the head and pushing her against a stove.

WWE has zero tolerance for matters involving domestic violence, and per our policy, Jerry Lawler has been suspended indefinitely following his arrest,” the company said in a statement. Besides the announcement of his suspension, WWE hadn't made any comments regarding Lawler or his role on the commentary team but The King is sure to miss time!

WWE News!

Interesting times for WWE. With the upcoming WWE Draft and brand split, it is obvious that WWE has some plans in place that will be groundbreaking. With WWE SmackDown going live on a weekly basis from July 19, WWE has already made one fantastic waited announcement fans thought they would never hear. Above that  brand split is also groundbreaking because of the roster we have today. What else? Missing something?
One tangent is is that WWE will plan to bring in major WWE NXT stars to take on interesting roles within the company. We all know that Finn Balor, Bayley, Samoa Joe, and American Alpha are all on the list. Cageside Seats reports that we could see the NXT stars hit the main roster very soon, possibly as soon as the WWE RAW following WWE Money in the Bank this Sunday.  Monday, next week we could see some of our favorite NXT stars show up on WWE RAW.
For  WWE doing something groundbreaking; there are rumors claiming WWE could use the NXT stars to try and push the current talent. That means everyone could end up in major roles. This would then force the current main roster stars into a position where they try to be better than they already are.
This will add competition as well as talent. Lets wait and watch!

WWE News : Trish Stratus to make a come back?

Trish Stratus got a lot of attention when she debuted for the company in the spring of 200 and she retired as WWE Women’s Champion in September of 2006.

In a recent interview Trish was asked about the possibility of her return and who comes to her mind as an opponent  should she choose to return to the squared circle. She said she would consider Natalya but she would definitely like to wrestle Sasha Banks. One of the reasons that made her quit was that she felt there was lack of depth in the WWE’s divas division.

Interestingly the opponent she has in mind, Sasha Banks feels similarly. Banks is one of a group of women wrestlers who fought to rid the league of misogyny, especially the term “WWE Divas,” which is now called the WWE Women’s Championship. “I am beyond grateful that I’m a part of history,” Banks said. “I so badly wanted to be in the WWE but I didn’t want to be be labeled a “diva”.

Could we see Trish Stratus vs. Sasha Banks at WrestleMania next year? Maybe. It’s certainly a WrestleMania-worthy match up. However, unless there is a change in plans, Sasha won’t be in the Women’s Championship picture next year in Orlando, as WWE is looking at having Charlotte defend the title against recent NXT call-up Dana Brooke.

Lets wait and watch!

WWE Monday night results

Monday Night Raw wasn’t about the wrestling, as WWE put the majority of its focus on putting the final touches on the build to Money in the Bank this Sunday.

The show  wasn’t as exciting as some of the other editions of Raw that we’ve seen since WrestleMania. This doesnot mean that the show was super bad either. The angles WWE presented were good and successfully injected some final hype into some of the bigger matches at Money in the Bank. Some of the matches were good and some felt rushed.

if the MITB going to be good? As long as everyone has time to perform, fans will be entertained. But the GOOD depends upon how each match unfolds.

Before we move to the observations in our next blog, the full match results from the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans are under :
  • The Club & The Vaudevillains def. Enzo Amore, Big Cass & The New Day
  • Paige def. Charlotte
  • Sheamus def. Zack Ryder
  • Sami Zayn def. Cesaro
  • Kevin Owens & Alberto Del Rio def. The Lucha Dragons
  • Dean Ambrose def. Chris Jericho

AJ Styles Bringing The Best Out Of John Cena On WWE Raw

John Cena’s feud with AJ Styles is doing far more for the former WWE Champion than his rivalries with Triple H, Bray Wyatt, Alberto Del Rio and countless other superstars ever did.

Wrestling feuds are all about chemistry. Sometimes they click. Sometimes, for whatever reason, they just don’t. Cena’s feud with Styles is clicking on all cylinders, and it’s because Styles is helping “The Champ” step up his game. Big time. Looking back throughout Cena’s history, there is a noticeable trend among his rivalries that fall flat.

Brand Extension - A dramatic change

Brand extension which will be a dramatic change in WWE programming because it will be splitting the WWE roster in half. Other than some basic details, very little is known for sure about the upcoming brand split in
WWE. Rumors surrounding the entire situation are aplenty though!

The latest one regarding the brand split is that WWE will be featuring a WWE Network special for both Raw and SmackDown every month. The two brands will combine their rosters for Royal Rumble, Wrestlemania, Summerslam, and Survivor Series.

Lawler “The King” let this information slip out during an appearance at the 38th annual “Superman Celebration” in Metropolis, Illinois. He told the fans in attendance this news, and it isn’t the first time this has happened with the King. Previously he revealed the news that SmackDown would be moving to Thursdays early. As of now we will take this as a rumor. Logic says this is a plausible way for WWE to establish both brands and give them each their own time. If this is the plan, WWE has a lot more work to do in the brand split and the month is ticking away!

Brock Lesnar speaks about alcohol, Vicodian struggles ahead of his comeback in UFC 200 in July

Brock Lesnar speaks about alcohol, Vicodian struggles ahead of his comeback in UFC 200 in July

This is not the first time that Lesnar has spoken about the dark times during his first stint with the WWE which was way back in 2000 when he was a fresh-out-of-college prospect. His early WWE career flamed out almost as quickly as it started before Lesnar tried out for the NFL and then transitioned to the UFC where he became heavyweight champion in 2008.

What he learned during his first stint at WWE was that his best friends were a bottle of vodka and a handful of pain pills that kept him going day after day on the road.
“That was the early years of me when I was a young performer in the wrestling ring. You go through things in life, such as you become rich and become famous and you’re naive and you’re young and to top it all off, you’re travelling 360 days a year. The wrestling is fake but the things that go on in the ring -- the ring is still a non-forgiving environment to be in,” Lesnar said is a recent interview to Highly Questionable.

“When you’re young, yeah it’s fresh and it’s cool, but is it really cool to be up all night not getting any sleep and then getting on an airplane, getting off an airplane, trying to find a place to eat, dealing with people at the rental car service, dealing with TSA, dealing with the hotel, dealing with the loss of your luggage, what’s cool about it?” Lesnar said.

He found an exit from his nightly cycle of drinking and drugs before he left the WWE in 2004. Post that he did some more pro wrestling in Japan before making his way to the UFC a few years later, Lesnar looks back on that time as a true learning lesson about what NOT TO DO with his career.
Now Lesnar is a family man with kids and a wife, who all live on a farm in the middle of Saskatchewan in Canada and  doesn’t miss those dark days from his early years with the WWE.
Lesnar is now working a very reduced schedule from his first stint with the WWE and prepares for his return to the UFC in July.
“I’m thankful that I’m able to work part time in that environment and step back into the Octagon,” Lesnar said. “I feel very fortunate.”

Brock Lesnar is juiced to the grills - states Mark Hunt ahead of UFC 200

Brock Lesnar is juiced to the grills - states Mark Hunt ahead of UFC 200

Hunt will face WWE superstar Lesnar in one of the biggest fights on the card on July 9 in what will be Lesnar's first UFC appearance since December 2011.

Lesnar's opponent at next month's UFC 200 event has launched  an attack on the WWE superstar after he was granted an exemption from drug testing by the UFC. Their rules state that any athlete competing in the promotion must undergo drug tests in the four months leading up to their next fight but but Lesnar's return to the sport was only confirmed on June 4.
This means that by the time of his fight with Hunt, he will have only been on the anti-doping program for little over a month which has had irked Hunt, he feels the rules have been bent to accommodate Lesnar. He was heard stating that Lesnar is “Juiced to the grills.”He also stated - "If they’re trying to clean the sport up - mixed martial arts - this is a bad way to do it. I don’t care who you are. It’s ridiculous.”
It is well known that Lesnar, the 38 year old from South Dakota is WWE’s second-highest paid wrestler who takes home $6 million only as salary  Mark Hunt is no joke either A matchup nightmare, he’s a Heavyweight title contender whose knockout power is fully equipped to hand Lesnar a big-fight loss in the worst possible way.
Recent shocking upset victories by Holly Holm at UFC 193, Nate Diaz at UFC 196 and Michael Bisping at UFC Ariel Helwani  prove that anything can happen inside the Octagon. Let's wait and watch!

Bray Wyatt will likely return to WWE on Monday Night Raw

Bray Wyatt will likely return to WWE on Monday Night Raw next week in New Orleans, joining John Cena and Seth Rollins as main event caliber stars who are providing the company with a much needed boost of star power.

Wyatt dropped a not-so-cryptic tweet a few days ago, implying that he’d be making his return in New Orleans and that he’d be going after the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, which would certainly go hand in hand with rumors that he’ll be added to the Money in the Bank match.

Brock Lesnar to face Mark Hunt at UFC 200

Brock Lesnar to face Mark Hunt at UFC 200

Brock Lesnar will face veteran mixed martial artist and former professional kickboxer Mark Hunt at UFC 200 on July 9 in Las Vegas.
Lesnar, 38, announced the fight during a SportsCenter appearance on Monday. It will mark his first fight in the Octagon since December 2011.

Lesnar just appeared on ESPN and said he came up with the idea to return to the octagon on his own -- he wasn't courted back to the UFC -- claiming he felt he had unfinished business. He'll be facing 42-year-old Mark Hunt.
